Chatsy is a free iOS chat app that uses on-device Apple Intelligence. This page explains how to get help.

Before you contact us

• Use iOS 26 or later on a device that supports Apple Intelligence.
• Turn on Apple Intelligence in Settings → Apple Intelligence (system settings).
• If your device does not support Apple Intelligence, Chatsy offers demo mode with placeholder responses only.
• For privacy details, see the Privacy Policy.

Common issues

• Chat does not respond — Confirm Apple Intelligence is enabled and wait if the model is still downloading. Try force-quitting and reopening Chatsy.
• Voice input does not work — Allow microphone and speech recognition when prompted. Voice input only works while you hold the voice button.
• “AI NOT SUPPORTED” screen — Your device cannot run Apple Intelligence. Tap DEMO to preview the UI only.
• Clear saved chat — Start a new chat in the app, or delete Chatsy from your device to remove all local data.
